MUMBAI, Feb 13 (Reuters) - India's Shriram Transport
Finance has accepted bids worth 350 million rupees ($4.2
million) for the reissue of 8.50% October 2032 bonds, three
merchant bankers said on Monday.
The company will offer a yield of 8.42% on this issue and
had invited bids from bankers and investors earlier in the day,
they said.
The notes are rated AA+ by CRISIL and India Ratings and the
issue will close for subscription on Tuesday.
In December, the company raised 1.10 billion rupees via the
reissue of 8.50% October 2032 bonds.
