MOSCOW, Feb 14 (Reuters) - Crude oil exports and transit from Russia's Black Sea port of Novorossiisk were suspended on Feb. 14 due to a storm, while CPC Blend loadings via the neighbouring terminal operated by the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) continue, two sources said on Tuesday. Last week loadings of Urals, Siberian Light, KEBCO and CPC Blend crudes from Russia's Black Sea terminals were suspended for 3-4 days due to bad weather.
