(Adds news items, updates futures) Feb 14 - Britain's FTSE 100 index is seen opening higher on Tuesday with futures up 0.13%.
* COCA COLA HBC: Coca-Cola HBC AG reported a better-than-expected operating profit for 2022, helped by price hikes and cost-saving measures.
* TULLOW OIL: Tullow Oil said its Ghana unit filed for arbitration in London regarding two disputed tax assessments the West Africa-focused oil producer received from local authorities.
* FLUTTER: Online betting firm Flutter Entertainment Plc said its board was of the preliminary view that an additional


U.S. listing would yield several benefits and would start consulting shareholders.


* AMIGO: British financial regulator publicly censured Amigo for failures to undertake affordability checks and said it would have imposed a 72.9 million pound fine on the lender if not for its financial hardships.
* VK COMPANY: Russian internet company VK said its board had approved plans to potentially re-domicile the company from the British Virgin Islands to Russia.
* JOBS: Britain's unemployment rate held at 3.7% in the three months to December, the Office for National Statistics said.
* VODAFONE: U.S.-listed Liberty Global disclosed a near-5% stake in British telecom group Vodafone saying its larger rival's shares were undervalued by the market but ruling out a takeover.
* REGULATION: Britain on Tuesday will set out draft legislation to regulate "buy now pay later" credit, saying the sector posed potential harm to consumers without thorough affordability checks.
* OIL: Oil prices fell after the U.S. government said it would release more crude from its Strategic Petroleum Reserve as mandated by lawmakers.
* GOLD: Gold prices rose as the dollar retreated.
