BERLIN, Feb 15 (Reuters) - Germany's Bundesbank expects
strong declines in private residential construction this year,
Chief Economist Jens Ulbrich said in a virtual press briefing on
Wednesday.
"There's a bit of a perfect storm coming together," Ulbrich
said, pointing to rising interest rates, declines in disposable
income, higher inflation and high energy prices, among other
factors.
