MUMBAI, Feb 15 (Reuters) - India's Fusion Micro Finance
Ltd has accepted bids worth 450 million rupees ($5.4 million)
for bonds maturing in two years, two merchant bankers said on
Wednesday.
The company will pay a coupon of 12% and had invited bids
from bankers and investors earlier in the day, they said.
The notes of the company are rated A by ICRA and the issue
closed for subscription on Thursday.
