India New Issue-Tata Capital Housing Finance to reissue June 2026 bonds - traders

MUMBAI, Feb 15 (Reuters) - India's Tata Capital Housing Finance plans to raise at least 750 million rupees ($9.06 million) through reissue of 6.50% June 2026 bonds, three merchant bankers said on Wednesday. The housing financier has invited bids from bankers and investors on Friday, they said. The bonds are rated AAA by CRISIL, and the issue will close for subscription next week. The issue has a greenshoe option to retain an additional 750 million rupees.


Earlier this month, the company had raised 3 billion rupees selling bonds maturing in three years and three months.
