MUMBAI, Feb 15 (Reuters) -
STOCKS:
The benchmark BSE Sensex was little changed at
61,046.45, while the broader NSE index was flat at
17,932.65 on cautious Asia risk sentiment following the U.S.
inflation data. RUPEE:
The Indian rupee weakened 0.12% versus the U.S. dollar,
to 82.88 tracking a broad decline in Asian currencies following
an overnight jump in shorter-maturity Treasury yields. GOVERNMENT BONDS:
Benchmark 10-year bond was quoted at 99.35
rupees, with yield down 1 bps at 7.35595 on likely short
covering, traders said. OVERNIGHT INDEXED SWAPS:
The one-year overnight indexed swap rate was up 4
bps at 6.93%, while the benchmark five-year swap rate rose 5 bps to 6.48%.
CALL MONEY/REPOS:
India's overnight call money rate was down 5 bps at
6.30% against 6.35% in the previous session. The overnight TREPS
rate was at 6.23%, compared with the previous
day's weighted average of 6.2761%.
