(Corrects consensus figure in 2nd paragraph) Feb 16 (Reuters) - ADP , operator of airports in France, central Asia, India and elsewhere, beat full-year core profit expectations on Thursday, helped by traffic recovery and stronger activity in its retail and services business. The group posted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) of 1.70 billion euros ($1.82 billion), against analysts' average estimate of 1.63 billion euros in a company-provided poll.
