MUMBAI, Feb 16 (Reuters) - India's Tata Capital
Financial Services plans to raise at least 1 billion rupees
($12.1 million) through the reissue of 7.95% February 2028
bonds, three merchant bankers said on Thursday.
The non-banking financial company had invited bids from
bankers and investors on Monday, they said.
The notes are rated AAA by CRISIL and ICRA, and will close
for subscription next week.
The issue has a greenshoe option to retain an additional 3
billion rupees.
Earlier this month, the company raised 1.10 billion rupees
through the primary issuance of these bonds.
