ZURICH/BERLIN, Feb 16 (Reuters) - The Swiss blue-chip
SMI was seen opening 0.3% higher at 11,303 points on
Thursday, according to premarket indications by bank Julius Baer .

Nestle Nestle reported weaker than expected full year net profit
despite the world's biggest food group passing on higher raw
material costs by hiking prices for customers. Holcim Holcim is to acquire thermoplastic roofs manufacturer FDT
Flachdach Technologie GmbH, the world's biggest cement maker
said on Thursday. GLENCORE Peruvian miner Volcan confirmed on Wednesday that Swiss
commodity giant Glencore is exploring a sale of its 23% stake in
