HONG KONG, Feb 17 (Reuters) - Securities watchdogs in
China and Hong Kong will cooperate on listings of Chinese
mainland enterprises in Hong Kong, they announced on Friday as
China finalised rules governing the country's offshore listings.
A memorandum of understandingis (MOU) was signed to further
strengthen cross-boundary regulatory cooperation, according to
Hong Kong's Securities and Futures Commission.
