MOSCOW, Feb 17 (Reuters) - Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov on Friday said he expected the federal budget to see a windfall of around 300 billion roubles ($4 billion) from a one-off tax on big business, as Moscow seeks to cover a widening budget deficit.

The Russian government last week said it was discussing the one-off, "voluntary" contribution. Russia's monthly oil and gas revenue dropped to its lowest level since 2020 in January.
