Feb 17 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Friday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy: SANTANDER Santander Brasil said on Thursday that Gustavo Alejo Viviani was appointed as CFO. ACS , Acciona ACS and Acciona have submitted as a consortium the only proposal to build and operate the Ciudad de la Justicia project with an investment worth 507 million euros ($539.04 million), Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Friday.
