MUMBAI, Feb 21 (Reuters) - India's Tata Capital
Financial Services has accepted bids worth an aggregate of 3.63
billion rupees ($43.88 million) for multiple tenor bonds, three
merchant bankers said on Tuesday.
The non-banking financial company has accepted bids worth
1.30 billion rupees for three-year and three-month bonds at a
coupon of 8.1165%, while it accepted bids worth 1.52 billion
rupees for reissue of 7.95% Feb 2028 bonds.
It also accepted bids worth 810 million rupees for 10-year
notes at 8.05% coupon, and the 10-year bonds have a put option
at end of three years.
The company had invited bids for all options on Monday, and
they will close for subscription later in the day.
The notes are rated AAA by CRISIL and ICRA.
