GLOBAL MARKETS Asian stocks edged lower on Tuesday as the prospect of the U.S. central bank having to stay on its hawkish path weighed on sentiment, with investors looking to the minutes of the latest Federal Reserve meeting for further monetary policy clues. EARTHQUAKE Another earthquake struck the border region of Turkey and Syria on Monday, just two weeks after the area was devastated by a larger quake that killed more than 47,000 people and damaged or destroyed hundreds of thousands of homes. PARLIAMENT MEETINGS The government allied MHP (0745 GMT), the opposition pro-Kurdish HDP (0945 GMT) and the main opposition CHP (1030 GMT) will hold regular meetings of their lawmakers in parliament. BOND AUCTIONS The Treasury will tap a 10-year CPI-indexed bond maturing on Jan. 12, 2033 and sell directly a five-year sukuk.
