CANADA STOCKS-TSX opens lower, tracking dour mood on Wall St

Feb 21 (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index fell on Tuesday, dragged down by technology and consumer companies as a weak sentiment on Wall Street ouwtweighed relief from signs of cooling inflation in Canada.


At 9:34 a.m. ET (1434 GMT), the Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index was down 76.65 points, or 0.37%, at 20,438.59. (Reporting by Shristi Achar A in Bengaluru; Editing by Arun Koyyur)
