Feb 21 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2130 GMT on Tuesday:
** Microsoft Corp has struck a 10-year deal to
bring "Call of Duty" and other Activision games to
Nvidia Corp's gaming platform, if the Xbox maker is
allowed to complete its much-contested $69 billion acquisition
of Activision.
** Three institutional investors in New Zealand's Pushpay
Holdings have notified the payment platform provider
that they intend to vote against its NZ$1.53 billion buyout by
private equity investors, the company said on Wednesday.
** The chief executive of Fresenius , Michael Sen,
said on Tuesday that Spanish hospitals business Quironsalud
would remain a "core" part of the group, denying a report by
newspaper Cinco Dias that a sale was on the cards.
* AT&T Inc , the second-biggest U.S. wireless carrier,
is exploring a sale of its cybersecurity division, potentially
undoing an acquisition it completed five years ago, according to
people familiar with the matter.
** American Equity Investment Life Holding Co's shares fell nearly 13% on Tuesday as insurer Prosperity Group
ended its efforts to acquire the annuities provider.
** The German and Dutch economy ministries said they cannot
confirm a Bloomberg news agency report saying Berlin was in
discussions to pay more than 20 billion euros ($21.32 billion)
for Dutch electricity grid operator TenneT's German
unit.
** Teck Resources Ltd said on Tuesday it would be
spinning off its steelmaking coal unit as the Canadian miner
focuses on industrial metals such as copper, which are crucial
to the global energy transition.
** Caligan Partners is urging Anika Therapeutics to
consider strategic alternatives including a full sale, and is
preparing to nominate directors to the biotech company's board,
