India New Issue-Edelweiss Alternative Asset to issue over 3-year bonds - bankers

MUMBAI, Feb 22 (Reuters) - India's Edelweiss Alternative Asset Advisors plans to raise 1 billion rupees ($12.07 million) through bonds maturing in three years and six months, three merchant bankers said on Wednesday.


The company has invited bids from bankers and investors next Tuesday. Bidding will take place on the Bombay Stock Exchange's electronic platform between 10:30 a.m. IST and 11:30 a.m. IST.


The company will offer a coupon of 10.83% on this bond issue.


The bonds are rated AA- by CRISIL and the issue will be settled next week.
