MUMBAI, Feb 22 (Reuters) - India's NIIF Infrastructure
Finance plans to raise at least 750 million rupees ($9.1
million) via the reissue of 7.98% February 2028 bonds, three
merchant bankers said on Wednesday.
The company has invited bids from investors and merchant
bankers on Thursday, they said.
The bonds are rated AAA by ICRA and CARE and the issue will
close for subscription on Friday.
The issue has a greenshoe option to retain an additional 3
billion rupees.
In January, the company raised 6.84 billion rupees via the
primary issuance of this note.
