MUMBAI, Feb 21 (Reuters) - Picard Angst India Private
Limited plans to raise 1.95 billion rupees ($23.55 million)
through bonds maturing in 5 years, three merchant bankers said
on Tuesday.
The company has invited bids from investors and bankers on
Thursday. Bidding will take place on the Bombay Stock Exchange's
electronic platform between 10:00 a.m. IST and 11:00 a.m. IST,
they said.
The company will pay an annual coupon of 18% on this bond
issue.
The bonds are rated B by ICRA, and the issue will be settled
on Friday.
