MUMBAI, Feb 21 (Reuters) - India's Sterlite Technologies has accepted bids worth 1 billion rupees ($12.1
million) for bonds maturing in three years, two merchant bankers
said on Tuesday.
The company will pay an annual coupon of 9.10% and had
invited commitment bids from bankers and investors earlier in
the day, they said.
The bonds are rated AA by CRISIL and the issue will close
for subscription later this week.
