Treasury announces sale of BTP and CCTeu bonds, with relative amounts to be auctioned on Feb. 24. COMPANIES (*) STELLANTIS The number of new vehicles registered in the European Union, Britain and the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) grew by 10.7% to 911,064 units in January, the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association (ACEA) said. Last month, Stellantis' market share fell to 17.2% from 19.1% a year earlier. (*) MONCLER The Italian luxury brand unveiled an expansion of its Moncler Genius collaborations project at London Fashion Week on Monday, introducing new "co-creators" in the realms of art, music, design and sport. INTESA SANPAOLO An Egyptian court will rule shortly on a case centred on the 2006 sale of AlexBank to Italy's biggest bank Intesa Sanpaolo, two source said, potentially paving the way for the cash-strapped government to sell its remaining 20% stake in the lender. DEA CAPITAL Italian family holding company De Agostini said on Monday it had exceeded the threshold of 95% of the share capital of Dea Capital, entailing a squeeze-out procedure and the delisting of its vehicle for financial investments.

Rome, ITA Airways holds board meeting (around 1500 GMT). Milan, women's fashion shows "Milano Moda Donna 2023 Autumn/2024 Winter" start; end on Feb. 27. Venice, 2023 Venice Carnival ends.
