Colas SA : The French infrastructure group announced the appointment of Valérie Agathon as Director of Administration, Finance and Strategy for the group. Covivio : Covivio said on Tuesday its full-year consolidates sales rose 12.7% like-for-like to 968 million euros. Electricite de France /L'Oreal :


The French power giant said it signed two new electricity contracts with L'Oreal to help the cosmetics maker achieve carbon neutrality for all its sites by 2025. Eiffage : The French construction group announced a contract worth 189.5 million euros for the Saint-Jean-De-Maurienne rail interconnection, with final completion scheduled for spring in 2032. Euronext NV : Euronext said on Tuesday that it will appoint Benoit van den Hove as chief executive and chairman of Euronext Brussels, subject to approval by the supervisory board during the firm's annual general meeting on May 17. Gaztransport et Technigaz : The French engineering company on Tuesday announced an order from Samsung Heavy Industries for the tank design of two new LNG carriers. JCDecaux : The French advertising company announced a 21-year advertising street furniture contract in Tallinn, Estonia.


Korian : The French healthcare facilities operator said it expects organic revenue growth of more than 8% in 2023. SOCIETE GENERALE : Societe Generale SA agreed to pay $157 million to settle a lawsuit accusing the French bank and several other banks of contributing to imprisoned Ponzi schemer Allen Stanford's estimated $7.2 billion fraud. Voltalia : The french holding announced with Leroy Merlin the signature of a corporate power purchase agreement (PPA) for a new wind power plant in France, scheduled to be commissioned before the end of the first half of 2023.
