India New Issue-Kotak Mahindra Investments accepts bids for multiple-tenor bonds - traders

MUMBAI, Feb 22 (Reuters) - India's Kotak Mahindra Investments has accepted bids worth an aggregate of 3.65 billion rupees (about $44 million) for bonds maturing in three years as well as in three years and four months, three merchant bankers said on Wednesday. The company has accepted bids worth 2.76 billion rupees for three-year notes at a 8.1577% coupon, and worth 885 million rupees for June 2026 bonds at a coupon of 8.1379%, they said. It had invited bids from bankers and investors for both the notes on Wednesday and the issues will close for subscription on Thursday. Both the bond issuances are rated AAA by CRISIL. In January, the company raised an aggregate of 1.48 billion rupees selling bonds maturing in April 2026 and May 2026.
