One of the conditions under the deal would allow Mineral Resources to
increase its stake in the Wodgina lithium mine in Western Australia to 50% from
40%.

on Thursday it has signed a deal with lithium giant Albemarle Corp involving a restructuring of their existing joint venture MARBL and its
investment in certain lithium assets in China.
