MUMBAI, Feb 23 (Reuters) - India's NIIF Infrastructure
Finance has accepted bids worth 1.58 billion rupees ($19.10
million) for reissue of 7.98% February 2028 bonds, three
merchant bankers said on Thursday.
The company had invited bids from investors and merchant
bankers earlier in the day and sold notes at cutoff price of
99.55 rupees, they said.
The bonds are rated AAA by ICRA and CARE and the issue will
close for subscription on Friday.
In January, the company raised 6.84 billion rupees via the
primary issuance of this note.
