MUMBAI, Feb 23 (Reuters) - India's Paranjape Spaces and
Services plans to raise 910 million rupees ($11 million) through
the reissue of 15%, July 2026 bonds, three merchant bankers said
on Thursday.
The company has invited bids from bankers and investors on
Friday and bidding will take place on the Bombay Stock
Exchange's electronic platform between 9:00 a.m. IST and 5:00
p.m. IST, they said.
The bonds are rated B by Acuite Ratings and the issue will
be settled next week.
