MEXICO CITY, Feb 23 (Reuters) - Most of the Bank of
Mexico's board members consider that for its next policy
meeting, the upward adjustment to the benchmark interest rate
could be lower in magnitude, minutes of the central bank's
latest monetary policy meeting showed Thursday.
