BEIJING, Feb 24 (Reuters) - China's central bank and
banking and insurance regulator on Friday encouraged commercial
banks to issue loans for the purchase of housing by rental
housing groups.
The China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission and
the People's Bank of China on Friday jointly released a
consultation paper on supporting housing leasing market
development.
