Feb 24 - The Swiss blue-chip SMI was seen
opening 0.3% higher at 11,277 points on Friday, according to
premarket indications by bank Julius Baer .

settle claims by health plans and consumers that it schemed to
delay the U.S. launch of generic competition for its Exforge
hypertension drug. HOLCIM Holcim Chief Executive Jan Jenisch will become the company's
next chairman, the world's biggest cement maker said on Friday,
after it posted better than expected recurring operating profit
