THALES French defence and technology group Thales plans to hire 12,000 new staff this year as there is strong demand across its product range, CEO Patrice Caine said in an interview with French weekly Le Journal du Dimanche.


AXA SA : AXA on Friday said it entered into a share repurchase agreement with an investment services provider under which it undertakes to buy back its own shares for up to 1.1 billion euros.


LEGRAND : Legrand said it opened an operations facility in the Dayton area which will provide over 200 new jobs.
