Poste Italiane said on Friday it struck a shareholders' agreement with Gamma, a company of the Caltagirone group, to present a list of three candidates in view of the renewal of Anima's board of directors. According to Saturday's Corriere della Sera daily, the spirit of the agreement is to "safeguard the Italian nature (of Anima) alongside Banco BPM and the FSI fund".
DEA CAPITAL Italy's Bourse said on Friday that 88.374% of the shares subject to the bid launched by Italian family holding company De Agostini on DeA Capital, its vehicle for financial investments, had been tendered as of the offer's final day.
