BERLIN, Feb 27 (Reuters) - German transmissions maker
Renk is considering an initial public offering (IPO), but no
decisions have been taken at this stage, the company said in a
statement on Monday.
A listing is one of multiple options the company is
considering as it seeks to strengthen its international position
and growth, it said.
