BRASILIA, Feb 28 (Reuters) - Brazil's government debt as
a share of gross domestic product fell to 73.1% in January, from
73.4% in December, central bank data showed on Tuesday.
The Brazilian public sector posted a primary surplus of
99.013 billion reais ($19 billion) for the month, above the 90
billion reais surplus expected by economists polled by Reuters.
