ASM INTERNATIONAL : Dutch semiconductor equipment maker ASM International said on Tuesday it expects strong orders to lead to higher first-quarter revenue than last year, while also flagging a need to expand capacity.
ALTAREA : Altarea group posted on Tuesday full-year operating income of 446.3 million euros, increasing by 10.2% year-on-year. The group expects FFO to reach €325m - €375m in the medium-term in 2023, or up 20% to 35% versus 2022.
ATOS : French technology and digital services company Atos ATOS.PA on Tuesday said it expects organic revenue growth in the range of -1% to 1% in 2023, with accelerating organic growth at its Evidian division offset by a reduction in revenue at Tech Foundations resulting from its ongoing portfolio overhaul.
BNP PARIBAS : Belgium is preparing the sale of a third of its 7.8% equity stake in BNP Paribas, the euro-zone's biggest bank, the Belgian state participation agency SFPI said on Tuesday.
EURAZEO : Eurazeo and Societe Generale announced a partnership on the sustainable transition of the maritime sector. The offering will formally be launched to clients by Eurazeo within 2023.
EURONEXT : Withdrew its indicative offer for Allfunds.
