India New Issue-Bangalore Tower to issue 3-year bonds - bankers

MUMBAI, March 3 (Reuters) - India's Bangalore Tower Private Ltd plans to raise 2 billion rupees ($24.30 million) through bonds maturing in three years, two merchant bankers said on Friday. The company has invited bids for the bond issue from bankers and investors on Mar. 10, they said.


The bonds are provisionally rated BBB- by India Ratings. ($1 = 82.2880 Indian rupees) (Reporting by Bhakti Tambe; Editing by Sohini Goswami)
