MUMBAI, March 2 (Reuters) - India's L&T Finance plans to
raise funds by issuing commercial papers maturing in one month,
three merchant bankers said on Thursday.
The company will offer a yield of 7.90% on this issue, and
has received commitments worth 1 billion rupees ($12.11 million)
so far, they said.
The notes are rated A+ by ICRA.
