MOSCOW, March 2 (Reuters) - Russian oil group Rosneft will seek to cancel the trusteeship over its German
assets and secure compensation for losses after the German
government took control over a Rosneft-owned refinery in the
country last September, the RIA Novosti news agency reported,
citing a lawyer acting for Rosneft.
"Our primary task is to cancel the trusteeship and secure
Rosneft's assets for shareholders. Secondly, we are working on
compensation issues," RIA quoted lawyer Bertrand Malmendier as
saying.
