Spanish stocks - Factors to watch on March 2

March 2 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Thursday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy:

IBERDROLA Iberdrola said it allied with BP for the deployment of a fast-charge points network for electric vehicles in Spain and Portugal. CAIXABANK Caixabank said on Wednesday it will issue 750 million euros
($797.85 million) of perpetual preferred securities contingently convertible into newly issued ordinary shares. GLOBAL DOMINION The company said on Wednesday it agreed to carry out a share buy-back programme of up to 6 million euros ($6.38 million). ACS ACS's U.S. unit Turner, in consortium with the water and sewer line construction firm Yates Construction, has won the contract to build a plant to manufacture batteries for electric vehicles in De Soto, Kansas for Japan's Panasonic, with over $3 billion set aside for construction, newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Thursday.
