TOKYO, March 4 (Reuters) - Toyota Motor and
Nippon Steel Corp have agreed to raise the price of
steel sheets for car bodies for April-September by about 10,000
yen ($73) per tonne, the Asahi daily reported on Saturday.
Japan's biggest car maker and steelmaker reached a price
hike agreement for a fifth consecutive half-year term, which
could affect steel price-setting deals in broader Japanese
industries including other sectors like electronics and
shipbuilding, Asahi said.
