India New Issue-IIFL Wealth Prime to issue May 2025 bonds - bankers

MUMBAI, March 6 (Reuters) - India's IIFL Wealth Prime plans to raise 3 billion rupees ($36.70 million) through zero-coupon bonds maturing in May 2025, three merchant bankers said on Monday.


The company has invited bids from investors and bankers on March 13, they said.


The bonds carry call and put option on Sept. 13, 2024.


The bonds are rated AA by ICRA and the issue will be settled later next week.
