MOSCOW, March 6 (Reuters) - Urals crude differentials
were stable on Monday in muted trade, as loading plans for the
full month of March were slow to emerge, traders said.
* The United Arab Emirates has been taking more cargoes of
Russian
crude oil, according to ship tracking data and trading sources,
in another example of how Western sanctions on Russia have
adjusted traditional energy trade flows.
* Poland's PKN Orlen will demand compensation after Russia
halted
oil deliveries to Poland via the Druzhba pipeline, Chief
Executive Officer Daniel Obajtek said on Monday without giving
further details.
PLATTS WINDOW
* No bids or offers were made for Urals, Azeri BTC or CPC
Blend in
the Platts window on Monday, traders said.
NEWS
* Russia's federal budget deficit widened to 2.58 trillion
roubles
($34.19 billion) in the first two months of the year as Moscow
sharply raised expenditure while revenue fell amid slumping oil
and gas takings.
