Philippines February inflation eases to 8.6% y/y

MANILA, March 7 (Reuters) - Philippine annual inflation eased slightly to 8.6% in February from 8.7% in January, the statistics agency said on Tuesday.


Economists polled by Reuters had expected annual headline inflation of 8.8%, while the central bank had a 8.5%-9.3% projection for February.
