March 7 (Reuters) - South Africa's Sibanye-Stillwater said on Tuesday it now controlled 70.55% stake in
Australian zinc miner New Century Resources , and its
off-market takeover bid of A$144.1 million ($97.18 million) to
gain full control was now open for acceptance.
