* Indonesia's Pertamina took on three cargoes of West African crude in a tender which closed last week: Gabonese Rabi, Nigerian Erha and Angolan Cabinda.
* Pertamina was also running a buy tender valid until Friday for May arrival cargoes.
* India's HPCL closed a buy tender for May-arriving crude on Wednesday, but
results did no immediately emerge.
* Angola's state oil company Sonangol last offered April loading Cabinda at
dated Brent plus $2.50 and Dalia at dated Brent flat.
* Vitol continued to offer a March-loading cargo of Angolan Dalia, cutting
offer levels consistently for over a month with no success.
* At least 15 April-loading Nigerian cargoes had yet to find buyers, traders
said.
