MUMBAI, March 10 (Reuters) - India's Larsen & Toubro plans to raise funds through the sale of commercial
papers maturing in three months, three merchant bankers said on
Friday.
The company will offer a yield of 7.75% on this issue, and
has received commitments worth around 12 billion rupees ($146
million), the bankers said.
The notes are rated A1+ by CRISIL and the terms of the deal
were set on Thursday.
