NEW YORK, March 9 (Reuters) - New York's attorney
general on Thursday sued KuCoin, saying it allowed investors to
buy and sell cryptocurrencies on its platform without first
registering with the state as a broker-dealer.
Attorney General Letitia James is seeking a permanent
injunction to halt KuCoin's alleged illegal activities.
