BRASILIA, March 10 (Reuters) - Brazilian Finance
Minister Fernando Haddad said on Friday that the government's
fiscal framework will include a new rule to monitor spending but
that does not address public debt, in remarks on a package of
eagerly awaited fiscal rules.
