March 10 (Reuters) - Canada's government-owned Trans
Mountain Corp on Friday announced that the Trans Mountain
Expansion Project pipeline will be in service by the first
quarter of 2024.
The total cost is now estimated at approximately $30.9
billion, the company said in a press release, adding, "Trans
Mountain is in the process of securing external financing to
fund the remaining cost."
