India New Issue-Gujarat Flurochemicals to issue March 2026 bonds - bankers

MUMBAI, March 13 (Reuters) - India's Gujarat Flurochemicals plans to raise 500 million rupees ($6.08 million) through bonds maturing in March 2026, three merchant bankers said on Monday.


The company will pay a coupon of 8.52% on this bond issue for which it has invited bids on March 20, they said.


The bonds are rated AA by CRISIL and the issue will be settled later next week.
